UX Designer - mobile flows (Seattle, WA)

Summit Field Community Partners runs community programmes across Seattle, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
