UX Designer - mobile flows (Seattle, WA)

Summit Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Seattle. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
