UX Designer - mobile flows (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Nest Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
