UX Designer - mobile flows (Seattle, WA)

Bright Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
