UX Designer - mobile flows (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vale Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
