UX Designer - mobile flows (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Juniper Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 719 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
