UX Designer - mobile flows (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Loom Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
