UX Designer - mobile flows (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around Savannah with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
