UX Designer - mobile flows (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Savannah supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around volunteer shifts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in volunteer shifts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
