UX Designer - mobile flows (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Yarrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Savannah with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
