UX Designer - mobile flows (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Loom Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Savannah, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
