UX Designer - mobile flows (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Timber Early Learning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
