UX Designer - mobile flows (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Kestrel Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
