UX Designer - mobile flows (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
