UX Designer - mobile flows (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Cross Health provides primary and specialty care in San Antonio, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
