UX Designer - mobile flows (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
