UX Designer - mobile flows (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Amber Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
