UX Designer - mobile flows (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Granite Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
