UX Designer - mobile flows (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Clear Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around fare systems that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in fare systems. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
