UX Designer - mobile flows (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around grant reporting that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in grant reporting. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
