UX Designer - mobile flows (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Nest Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Salt Lake City plant. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 712 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in bindery work. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
