UX Designer - mobile flows (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Granite Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Richmond producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
