UX Designer - mobile flows (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Quill Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 510 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
