UX Designer - mobile flows (Reno, NV)

Nova Bright Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Reno plant, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around proofing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in proofing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
