UX Designer - mobile flows (Reno, NV)

Silverline Cobalt Press produces print and digital publications in Reno, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 506 people based in Reno. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in customer orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
