UX Designer - mobile flows (Reno, NV)

Rivermark Wilder Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around Reno, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Reno. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
