UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Fernwood Pine Markets is a Little Rock retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
