UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Nova Maple Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Toledo plant. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in print quotes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
