UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Pine Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 690 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
