UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 887 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around survey data that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
