UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Summit Haven Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 596 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
