UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Press and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
