UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Highbridge Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Oakland. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
