UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Summit River Insurance is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around catastrophe response that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in catastrophe response. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
