UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Bluepeak Ashton Health runs clinics and patient services around Cincinnati, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
