UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Clearpath Thistle Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
