UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Indianapolis. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 493 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
