UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Miami. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in ticketing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
