UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Greenridge Haven Pharma develops and makes medicines in Rochester, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
