UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Madison. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
