UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Rivermark Haven Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
