UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Glen Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
