UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Meadow Markets Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
