UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Lumen Loom Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Houston. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in customer complaints. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
