UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Thistle Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
