UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Nova Willow Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 399 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
