UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Rivermark Pine Financial is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
