UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Westbrook Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Toledo serving students and families, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 755 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
