UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Cedar Kestrel Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Indianapolis with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
