UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning · Remote · full time

We are growing our team at Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
